Not used in the same manner.
We have an auger with hydraulic drive wheel swing hopper that we run with a 12vdc 2 way hydraulic power pack that we combined with a wireless remote for a hydraulic dump trailer that worked out very well.
We run it with the same gauge wire as electric tarp.
