NW Missouri | I'm on the hunt for a new card too. Wife and I's main cards have been AMEX blue cash for over 20 years now. It had really good rewards and no annual fee. They dialed down the rewards a few years back, but let the people who already had it grandfather in. But we recently got a notice that they are cutting the rewards again and this time it affects us.
It used to be 1% on fuel and groceries and 0.5% on everything else until you spent $6.5k in the year, which didn't take us long. Then it went to 5% on fuel and groceries and 1% on everything else. It was good while it lasted. | |
