| Mine was due in July. I have a friend that does the DOT work for a large COOP so he is my source.
The website is down and no updates being processed until further notice. They had to come out with the new process because people had figured out how to mimic the old system and replicate or create their own USDOT numbers. I had emailed the month my update was due as well as sat on hold for quite a while with no response. Eventually I did get an email notice a month or more later that things were on hold and enforcement was suspended until they got the new system working. It definitely wasn't ready for activation when then started it up. I had created my account and logged in back in the spring when the emails came out but it didn't do me any good once I went to use it. | |
