100% true no matter how good you are. What most people don't understand is what the environment is like in a shop setting. The tech is on flat rate and the management is constantly breathing down his neck saying he's got to be faster, faster, faster. Those are both recipes for mistakes. The more work you can pump out the better it looks on paper for the shop. |
