North Central OH | Sounds like a neutral issue, going to have to go to the panel and see if you have 220-240v between both legs and 110-120v from each leg to neutral and ground. If good apply a 110v load and see if it changes. But half your outlets not working assuming they were wired on double breakers you could also be missing one leg of the service. Its one or the other, start at the breaker box and work your way back to meter and checking voltage. | |
