I really like the flavor of a beef steak, but I get tired of having to swallow whatever size piece I cut off. I could count on 1 hand the steaks I've had in my 62 years, that you could actually chew up the piece you cut off.
Sounds like you either need to learn how to cook a steak, or try buying from somewhere different. I cannot even begin to count the number of steaks I've had that you could almost cut with your fork. You're either cooking it too long, or butchering the wrong critter.
