Not sure where youre buying your meat or eating out at, but obviously neither is at the right place.
If what youre saying was even remotely true there wdnt be a steakhouse or butcher shop.still in business.
Steak is still the meat of.choice for most.
For many that dont eat it they think its too expensive.
Tenderloin is $21/lb.
Chicken wings are $45-50/lb
Pork , it's what's for supper
