I guess I've been lucky. I had a 2012 F150 3.5 Ecoboost engine, bought it 1 year old with 17,000 miles on it, and drove it to 180,000 miles with only a tune up, one set of brakes and a catalytic converter. Then traded it for a new 2025 F350 Powerstroke last November. Coming up on 1 year old, 20,000 miles and of course it runs like new. I pull a gooseneck trailer around, loaded about 16,500 pounds total and it is performing well. I was told the 10 speed tranny has had a fix sometime before 2025. I guess its too new to know how long it will last but so far its been very good.
