Callao Missouri
Got to be smarter than the machine. I keep an old 1/2" Milwaukee impact and an 1,1/8 socket under the buddy seat. Some days you have to go out and give it 2 turns. Other days you can back it off 2. I have trouble with wet conditions like we have been fighting all fall. Just crank the springs up a turn at a time until its working fine. Some days you have to take a 3/4 ratchet wrench and adjust the wing balance. Its really no big deal. I've never had a prelesional look at mine, I've just had to learn how it works and go from there. Mine was bent when I got it, seller failed to mention. If I have pushing trouble its on the right side that was bent every time.

Remove the 4 black Polly skids underneath. Only run with the 2 outside white ones. Cut at an angle, make sure your sickle and guards are in good shape. Worn out guards have caused guys more trouble that they will admit.
