We have a '21 F150 with the 5.0 and the 10 speed for a employee with a little less than 60k. Ford says we need a new engine (low compression on Cylinder 3 and noticed rust inside with a boroscope). It also burns some oil. He has been running it and trying to get by through harvest before we tear into it. Then a few weeks ago it started shifting rough and last week it left him stranded. Yep...needs a tranny also. Last May it was hit pretty hard when as hail storm went through. Repair shops are busy and so it has still been on the list at the body shop to repair. At this point, we wish it had been totaled out by the hail...but that is the way it goes.
