i have a 2022 gmc sierra that i bought new. has 30k miles now. i have been reading about the lifters going out. does the Dynamic Fuel Management disabler really work to prevent futher lifter damage? i searched on it and now i am flooded with ads. dont know what to believe.
i also have the 10 speed transmission and now i read about issues with them. i would trade it in if i knew what to replace it with that was better.
Do they make a real reliable pickup anymore?
