ECIL | I can log on with my desktop but cannot with my phone. Several weeks ago I had my AT name changed to Livin' it. The new name and password work with my desktop but will not with my iPhone. Instead the phone prompts me to use my previous name. Obviously with the change the previous name is no longer usable.
What do I need to do to log on with my phone? I emailed Admin a couple weeks ago but haven't received a response, which isn't surprising considering it is harvest season with full work days. | |
