| Citizens United would have to be overturned by either the Supreme Court revisiting the decision or a constitutional amendment. If the Inept Federal Election Commission would enforce the election disclosure laws and congress would pass more election laws so we would know where all this dark money funneling to these Super PACs is coming from would help until it can be overturned. I guess good luck for that to happen, because both parties benefit to much.
