Subject: 2027 Corn Hybrids

Central MO
I do this most years, like to see what opinions on corn people had in the same maturity range we typically plant (110-120)

Hard year to tell much on anything, heat was brutal in my area this year.

Dekalb
112-12 - Our top yielder for 2 seasons, down a bit in plots this year apparently, but field averages are good.
115-55 - Middle of the pack for us, nothing stood out in particular good or bad.
117-78 - doing well on tough dirt, as it usually does, doesn't blow me away on good dirt but it has its place on gumbo
68-35 - Overall our best again, not as dominate as it seemed a few years ago, but still good. Dries down good for a 118 but can't let it stand in field forever
110-82 - looking at this for next year, opinions?
113-87 - also looking at this one
115-74 - Probably the 3rd new dekalb # im consider, any experience?

Becks - didn't plant this year but i hear a few numbers look promising
6258
6473
6492
6700 - this one is bragged up in my area a lot
6973

Channel - Any #'s in their lineup people like, what hearing was solid was
213-33
215-25

Pioneer
10300 - Hearing some good things, didn't have any out
12836 - looks promising
13777 - Only pioneer we had out, it was solid. Actually yielded a little better than expected for us, but i know some might have had issues. But its been good for us 2 years now.

Just some rainy day hybrids discussions out of boredom. Any corn hybrids really thrill people this year?
