Southeast Colorado | I probably should have used a word besides "descendants". I meant that to be anyone who comes behind me. They don't have to be my relatives. In my case with the water rights...........perhaps running a 50 gpm well to irrigate corn in my desert climate doesn't work. But what if some new tech comes around that can make a fortune...........if you just had access to a 50 gpm well?? No one hooked on city water would have the ability to ever create industry. | |
