Full disclosure- I voted for trump. He has done nothing to correct inflation. I thought maybe he would get something done. As farmer I am looking at sub 4 cash form and 6 dollar fuel. Last two items I bought- 10 inch ripper point $422. Can of soup $3.50. Both higher than when he took office. He is beholden to the people of a country that starts with an I and it’s not Iran. Both parties are beholden to that group of people but it’s worth trying something else. I’m fed up with with things and most of my non farm contacts have had it with fuel prices as well. Trump/republicans have been an abject failure the past 2 years. This war with Iran is senseless . Fuel prices did the the republicans in this time. All could have been avoided by not doing the J’s dirty work. There may be some uncomfortable social changes with the blue wave but being angry about drag show story hour isn’t an issue if I can’t afford to feed my grandkids or put gas in the tank to get them there. Many of you farmers think you’re rural elites and you are to some degree in your little s* box towns but you guys don’t mean anything to the wealthy elites that have fleeced the middle class in this country the last two years.

I agree. Republicans have been ineffective because doing nothing absolutely paid for them in the past. Actually legislating is hard. Oil companies, wall street and the military complex have been the beneficiaries of his policies the last 2 years. We have a fuel crisis and we can't get year around E15? A farm bill with a Republican majority? Like WTF have these people been doing? You deport people that commit crimes and are here illegally. You don't raid a small town and scars the **** out of people. Common sense needs to return. This country didn't want this garbage from the last 2 years and they don't want purple haired mask wearing commies that can't define what a woman is either. I look forward to 2028 and getting my country back.I'm just disappointed in Nebraska we couldn't rid ourselves of the doing nothing billionaire Pete Rickets. But once again, his opponent was a complete moron.
