| I think its a few things
1. The fascination with how the learjet went down related to weather. The interest in how these events took place is often more intriguing than a car crash.
2. For some reason or another the media is really focused on any plane crash or close call ever since it was noted that there is a shortage of air traffic controllers.
3. Plane crash often involve way more people than a car crash so it gets more attention than if 1 or 2 people die in an auto accident and those are spread out over a larger area. | |
