Could very well be gridlock, but the remaining republicans will have to differentiate themselves from the sunk ship of the MAGA. Candidates looking at own self preservation will want to vote against Trump on certain issues to give them a chance in 2028. No doubt some veto proof legislation will be passed against Trumps will. With 54-56 majority in senate, the possibility of of a handle of republicans voting with democrats is a real possibility.
