North Central Illinois | In his post last week the OP was asking about cashing out upon retirement and referenced 95 acres when talking about the "home place" and 55 acres elsewhere.
Given the retirement goals mentioned in that thread and his wife's feelings, this seems like a pretty good compromise between the extremes of selling it all now vs. holding on "just in case" a grandson wants to farm. | |
