| The pilot is responsible of course unless he was incapacitated.
However I would never fly in a Learjet with a male or female 20 year old pilot.
I don't care how smart they are. Experience counts for something as we all know.
BTW- By the end of WWII fighter pilots had incredible flight hours before seeing combat. Like 12 months of flying all day every day befor they were even considered. The U.S. had way to many pilots at the end and only the best volunteers could go to battle. Early in the war they went into battle ready or not. | |
