I've seen what you're taking about. I guess when there's a will there's a way. Most of the videos I see from over there are idiots poppin' wheelies on tractors with big speakers on them, trying to dodge a tire knocked off a hit and miss engine flywheel, or making street food that isn't fit for a rat . They're survivalists somehow
