Southern Missouri | Personally I don’t see how planes do as good a job spraying as they do and was all we had around here for years and again this is big aerial spray area , your not getting me in one of those things aimed straight at a high line wire , around here people are plastering Facebook etc with any ag plane zooming around their house , most plane applications around here now are granular fertilizer applications, very few spray jobs done by plane now but that doesn’t stop the homeowners . As I’ve said before I’m ground rig sprayer first and foremost but they don’t work at all on flooded rice fields and bunch of that here and every acre in this area is furrow irrigated and that gets in way of many insecticide/fungicide applications on cotton and soybeans. | |
