I watched once, being Katie Couric did it. Got the cramps part way through, doc just pushed on my abdomen and cramps went away. I did ask doc where did all that brown stuff come from, because I was sure I was clean as a whistle. He told me, you can't get it all out of the crevices and cavities. Never had the desire to watch again.
