tennessee | So ive been reading about this program here in Tn and ut seems to be a good deal. They will pay landowner and certain amount to put land in the trust. Landowner still has all rights to farm property, it just can never be developed. I ran my farm through a.i. and it says i could get as much as 1.6 million and basically nothing changes, it just cant be developed in the future. It can still be transferred to aires. This would a great for me if its all on the up and up! Anybody k ow anything about this program? | |
