In 2022/2023 we put in a 750 bu/hr dryer, an auger to fill the dryer, 5 inch air system, a 10,0000 bu wet bin, and a 40,000 bu bin for $210,000. Labor, concrete, and electrical included. All new
I had 193k alone, in just a 15k fully stiffened wet bin, power sweep, and centrifugal fan, and a 60k fully stiffened dry bin, 10" unload and sweep with 2 centrifugal fans. This was ordered in the fall of 23. No electric. Your price doesn't seem possible. Not with everything new. The dryer alone had to be dam near 100k.
