Pope County,MN | Dirt work can cost a bunch. How about a little dryer shack for tools and a moisture tester and vfd’s… how about your unload system? Unless you’re going to really cut corners to just get a couple bins up, cheapest equipment to unload and fill them, little dirt work, nothing extra for a driveway or future expansion. Maybe 300k could get by. But if you want it really set up for now and the future, yeah, 500k will go into it pretty quick. | |
