I got one in Sioux city several yrs back. Called it a civil infraction. Some company way off trying to collect. I never did pay it. After awhile they quit sending notices. Hasn't had any negative results on me as far as I can tell. If they wanna give me a speeding ticket pull me over and write one.
i got a parking ticket in mail from sioux city. i was never there. they read a license plate, a 0, as an O. a zero has a slash through it. i called and they removed it. otherwise it would have caused me trouble when i went to renew my license plate.
