Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Has this ever worked properly? If it has in the past, something has changed. If it has never worked properly then there may be a problem with the correct "size" of control valve.
One thought is that your PWM control valve is simply too small for this application.
A diagram of your hydrualic plumbing might be useful. There are several different arrangements that "could work". I'm guessing you are using a PWM valve for the belt (it can be PWM or Servo). If you are attempting to control the spinner speed, that control valve must be a PWM type.
Are you using two separate SCV's or just one?
The PWM valve needs to be plumbed correctly also. Incorrect plumbing will sometimes result in "action" but not operate as desired.
With modern tractors the pressure line from the tractor needs to go to the IN port. The CF (control flow) port needs to go to the orbit motor. The EX (excess) port is plugged with most modern tractors. It is teed into the return line from the orbit motor to return back to the tractor with older open center tractors.
The PWM control valves are available in different flow ranges. If the system needs a fair amount of flow to turn the belt the desired speed, your valve may simply be too small. Possibly it is just "on the edge" and is able to deliver enough flow when the oil is warm.
PWM valves can also be too large for the system. The problem then is acceptable control since a minor change to the PWM output creates a major change in the flow output. The system would then tend to osciallate between being too high and then too low.
If I were there, here's how I would test your system. Put the Integra in Manual control for the rate. Then use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to see if you can reliably and predictably increase/decrease the belt speed. If you are not able to control the belt speed within the range needed, then something is wrong with the hydraulic side of things such as improper plumbing, incorrect valve size etc.
If you are able to control the belt speed predictably with the arrow keys in Manual, then the problem is with the configuration or setup for the PWM valves.
