Continue to have issues with a Loftness 1230 fertilizer spreader. Essentially, the belt speed will not correctly come up to speed without letting it run for a significant time to what I'm calling "warm" up.

Setup- Ag Leader Integra controlling Ag Leader spinner spreader module on a 1230 Loftness spreader. Dealer/Manufacturer have not been providing support to get this resolved.

In the attached pic, you can see the belt RPM and spinner RPM in the lower section of the screen. I can start system up (Hydraulics for spinner and hydraulics for belt). When I first initially start the system up and try to spread product, the belt speed maxes out around 10 RPM and will not move up to what i call "normal" speed of 25 RPM for 195 pounds of product per acre at 10 MPH. I can let the system warm up for about 20 minutes by either physically driving around the field or by putting the Integra into manual speed mode and let the system run (belt physically running) for 20 minutes. Once that warm up is done, the system works great.

Dealer came with another control box last week that was supposed to amplify the signal from the Spinner module to the PWM valve(at least thats how i take it) but that did not work.

Really looking for any assistance or ideas others have.

Have you tried other outlets on the tractor? or a different tractor to rule that out?
