Manitoba | We manage to run our farm with just family help. 3 who I would call full time through harvest but by the time were done there has been 9 active contributors this year. In the past we usually take everyone out to dinner somewhere as a group but it kind of feels like its getting repetitive. Plus we often gather for meals regularly at our place anyway and to be honest the food and atmosphere we have is better than most of the restaurants we have been to.
Anyone have any other suggestions to show our appreciation. We are very blessed to have them make the effort to get home from their own jobs / school / busy schedules and hop in combine / grain cart / make meals etc. and get everything done.
Thought i would ask here in case anyone had any good ideas that we havnt thought of.
