Here we often use a two pass program. It's been a while since I was actively raising and defoliating cotton. I think the Dropp should have gone out with a low rate of Prep for the first shot. Then second pass use the Aim and the rest of your Prep. Prep needs to get on bolls and not leaves. Aim was probably to hot on leaves and plant didn't take the Dropp in.
