That won't burn, ya see the green. He needs to brushhog it several times, or have his neighbor come with a big disc.
how soon he needs it done and how hard he wants to try to burn it, you would be surprised how much green you can get to burn. Did a lot of grass fires on the fire department where it was still "green"
and how soon, well, does it not freeze down there ever. A lot of green goes away after a freeze.
