NC KS | I thought the fallout happened after the Sunflower buyout by a few years. My memory is getting fuzzy on it so I could be wrong. The story as I remember is Agco bought Glencoe (?) and hired Landoll to contract manufacture for them. Landoll started the process to do it and the wind blew in a different direction at Agco and Landoll was out. At that point Don copied and improved the Sunflower drill and disk and hired some people away from Sunflower to help with the process. This was a good move for Landoll. | |
