I've recently noted the opposite to a degree with more slowing down 5 mph, especially semis. Usually I set the cruise to 77-78 and get passed a lot but the last two interstate trips I've made I didn't get passed nearly as often. I also drove a 26 ft U-Haul with the cruise set at 70 and passed a lot of trucks and a few cars.
