Subject: RE: Lear jet crash in FL

IN
The graphic shows the large updraft convective flow of a storm cell top that was increasing in size rapidly providing extremely difficult wind shear and pockets of rapidly expanding air. A private jet can be tossed about like a small sailboat in an ocean compared to a larger aircraft like a 757 or 350 airbus. The audio reports the pilot in command requesting altitude change to flight level 370 or 37000 feet to get above the weather. It was granted to fly that flight level and as they were climbing I believe they caught the wrong updraft and if possibly rolled the plane. With icing added to the situation it severely limits climb rates and controllability of smaller aircraft. Another issue could be the pitot tubes and other airspeed sensors were glazing over with ice due to the precipitation from the storm in a rapidly developing situation. When the plane went into a dive and steep bank the overspeed of trying to pull the nose back up likely sheared off the horizontal stabilizer making the decent unrecoverable at that point. You can hear the engines screaming right before it hit the ground so it would appear they were trying their best to recover out of the stall but without a stabilizer it was only accelerating their way to the ground. Very very sad deal. May they have been in Heaven before the smoke ever appeared.
