We have done that swap, very easy to do.
Take the driveshaft out, measure from yoke on transmission to yoke on differential. Install 13 speed, measure yoke to yoke, take driveshaft to drive line shop and tell them how much to cut down.
International 9400 10 speed to 13 speed swap?
