I have dry fertilizer boxes on my planter and was wondering if running a urea/AMS mix thru the planter could potentially replace my current practice of 120 units of N via anhydrous? I’ll top dress the remainder at V5. Corn ground also gets 3 ton of broiler litter. I guess the big question is, how much N do I dare apply with planter and how far from trench is acceptable?

What is your yield goal? Too me that sounds like an excessive amount of nitrogen. 3 ton of broiler litter would about 160-190 lbs with say 50-60% available the first year, you would be at 80 to 120 lbs right away. With 120lbs with anhydrous, you definitely wouldn't need to side dress any more.
