SE Virginia | That made me cry.
I am so lucky. I am the 5th generation to work my land. I am 61 and hope that I have several more good years ahead of me. My son joined me 3 years ago. All he has ever wanted to do is farm. I have a 2 year old granddaughter and a new born grandson (named after me). I don't know what their future holds, but unless something happens to my son, I don't think I will ever see anyone outside of the family work this land. | |
