OP here to answer some of the questions.  The combine currently resides in a corner of my shop.  It works fine there but it would be nice to have a little more work space in the off season.  The proposed building is a mostly dirt floor shed that I use to store a grain cart and draper head and a combination of sprayer, tractor, and semi truck.  If the combine were in there I could still get a tractor and sprayer in.  I don't need another/bigger shop and a new cold storage building isn't in the cards.  I have better places to spend that kind of money that doesn't exist in this economy.
