We had a few different things from Landoll and they were very good all but one.
We had one of their high speed disks and loved it and hated it at the same time, depending on the field and conditions. Would start hopping and do it so quickly would almost throw the operator through the cab glass. Super severe. They stood by it and after several tries and updates offered us to trade for anything they made. We chose a 50 ft tandem disk with rolling baskets that was about 5000 more dollars than what we had. I expected to pay the difference and would not have complained. Nope. They traded even up. Wanted us happy. Stand up organization.
Sorry to hear of him passing. I guess some of us uneducated guys can make something of ourselves after all.
I had a Similiar situation with a Fast spray boom.1995 I bought a 90 ft wheel boom.
Spent a lot of time that year welding on it.at end of year we sent it back to factory.
They made a few modifications. When I picked it up, Verlyn Fast admitted this was a 60 ft that they made into a 90 ft. Bad design. He said he needed to get me into a 90 Z fold. Asked if I thought I could nurse it through the year, since he was sold out of them.
He would trade me out it next winter. He told me there would be an up charge boot to do it. I said ok.
The main boom broke in august.
I sent the broken mess back
He “gave” me a new Z fold without up charge.
A real stand up guy
