Type of building and location make a big difference in the price of the doors.
If it is in town, the permits alone would pay for many years of dual removal and replacement.
I would bet a decent sized rollup door alone would be close to $30,000. No labor or other materials for installation in that number.
I was quoted $50,000 on a building in town, pre covid.
