| That makes the most sense on the money allocated. I do think there will be some tweaking on crop rates to compensate more on crops that typically have higher inputs like cotton and peanuts. Also, not sure how much will be held back for specialty crops this time. Was 1 billion in bridge payment. Will initial and subsequent crops both generate a payment like bridge payment? Will irrigated generate more payment than dryland acres? Will unharvested acre rates be same as harvested. These are a few things that could complicate rates. I hope they keep it simple.
