west-byGod-Pa. | Possibly during shipment/installation, something having to do with the vacuum system got stuck in closed position. &! The process of starting it up & temperature drop allowed said mechanism to work loose to function as designed. I certainly have no access to a design blueprint to spot what that mechanism is-or how it works, but something in the use of it released something from being stuck in open position. | |
