Also my thinking. Wasn’t the bridge payment program 12 billion and this one is 8 billion.
And like the bridge payment every corn acre is paid at the same rate whether your in Iowa or Wyoming. Whether Dryland or irrigated.
Realize that people who come up with these programs have no clue about farming.
