Western Oregon | Never saw her before. There is another lady that talks too much and you can tell from her hands that it is AI. They did a good job with her mouth but her hands just go through the same motions like it is on an endless reel, very distracting.
For me, seems protein first keeps hunger away. I have done it long enough that I no longer have cravings, except once in a while I crave the taste of certain things I grew up eating that are no longer on my list without modification. No bread, no processed food, very low carbs, no added sugar. Since my migraine stroke, I have had to work on my blood sugar again though. Blood sugar was very high in the hospital during tests. A1C very high. But the concerning part is the very low lows at times, a couple hrs after lunch and after a very carefully prepared meal eaten in the right order. A sharp spike and then the bottom falls out. They have come down but not to previous levels yet and then the sudden drop. Unknowingly causing the migraine, Went into dark bedroom, fell asleep and woke not able to speak coherently. If I am doing anything at the time my blood sugar goes low, I feel like I have run out of gas, get a drink of water and a "good" snack and a couple hours later, good to go. Usually a high protein snack, yogurt Chia seed pudding, cottage cheese, boiled egg or pork rinds....James
