Lots of good answers here but only you can decide . I’ve rode motorcycles all over that area and it’s beautiful and I’d imagine the rent is marginal like here so that wouldn’t be much dollars.  I did what you are thinking at 60yr and it was a rough 2 years transition but so glad I went that way and so glad I didn’t reinvest in anything agriculturally. 
You already got one Rv park and another two miles of river so my advise is to aim at another target besides commercial agriculture .  Recreation is one thing that American people won’t do without , they may shorten up the grocery bill but fun and 8$ cups of coffee will be mandatory. 
A little reorganizing and you will reap way more with recreation that anything legal you can grow. I’m getting excited at the possibilities that I see you have and you can accept any help from family if they so see the desire to be a part of it.  You have some many options ready in front of you that are untapped.
