Northern Indiana		I’d consider renting it out. Look into getting a line of credit or reverse mortgage on the land maybe.

Rental income and available money if you need it.

Once it’s gone you will never have another opportunity to replace it.

Sounds like if you don’t sell it your kids will. I don’t think I would want to be the one who was the seller.
