If you have no direct relatives interested,  consider looking around and see if there is a young kid wanting to get started.  Maybe rent the farm to him at a reasonable rate.  See what he can do with it.  Maybe help him along the way with your expertise and experience.  At some point in the future, you can decide if this is the person you want to sell your farm to.

Finding a young person and helping him (or her) get started might be a legacy that you will cherish.
