| You might try the triangular fence method, nothing heavy duty about it, but it’s pretty effective as deer have just about zero depth perception, so they are reluctant to attempt to jump over. Notice I said reluctant, that doesn’t mean it works 100% of the time, just like herbicides.You are wanting bang for buck, this might just be what you’re looking for. It’s simply a 2 wire fence, with a separate single wire fence about 3’ in front, placed about in between the two wire fence for height. Could put electricity in it also, they touch that with their nose they won’t mess with it again.
