Don't know your age but for me and my cattle work groups and before my hydraulic I used to dread pick-up/move to pens or pasture and all the other little things that need doing before done for the day. I was nearly spent

My hydraulic gives me an added two hours of bodily and mental endurance. While all the clean up and put away activities don't take 2 hours, it is nice to know when done I could keep going. I didn't give myself the swing arm for the hydraulic control levers. I wish I had that now.

Building a better mouse trap never ends but money does. If you are drop dead tired at the end of a successful cattle processing day, adding leverage to save steps, save any muscular effort is money well spent especially if you have "must-do's" after the processing is done.

This point is from a one-man show. If you have talented labor available, this too saves bodily and mental endurance.
